To help ensure a smooth and meaningful experience, we’ve prepared this FAQ with key details and answers to commonly asked questions.

Who can attend?

The 2025 Mayors Summit Against Antisemitism is primarily designed for local municipal officials, including mayors, town supervisors, and city council members. However, state officials, community leaders, activists, and other stakeholders committed to combating antisemitism are also welcome to attend. We encourage participation from all those dedicated to promoting inclusivity and fighting antisemitism within their communities.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! All invited municipal officials can attend the Summit free of charge. Airfare and hotel accommodations will be covered for one designated representative per municipality.

For non-municipal attendees, a fee structure applies. Guests who wish to attend only the Summit dinner events will be charged $750, while those who would like to participate in the full two-day program will incur a fee of $1,500. We encourage all guests to register early to ensure their participation.

Who are the speakers?

Our keynote speakers include prominent leaders and experts in the field. A full list of speakers and their biographies will be released soon.

When will we have access to the final agenda?

The final agenda will be distributed the week of November 24th.

I have dietary restrictions. How can I ensure that all meals meet the needs of my dietary requirements?

Please specify any dietary restrictions or special requirements during the registration process. Upon arrival, you will be provided with dietary restriction cards to place at your seat during meals. These cards will inform the catering staff of your needs to ensure that you receive appropriate meals.

Will the hotel have Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in each guest room and the session ballrooms. 

Are there opportunities for networking?

Yes. The Mayors Summit is designed to serve as a premier forum for collaboration and knowledge exchange among municipal leaders. The program includes multiple structured networking sessions, roundtable discussions, and informal engagement opportunities to facilitate dialogue, share best practices, and build strategic partnerships that strengthen communities.

What is the Municipal Antisemitism Action Index?

The Municipal Antisemitism Action Index is a tool developed by CAM to help municipalities assess their efforts to combat antisemitism and identify opportunities for improvement. The Index provides a structured framework for evaluating policies, programs, and actions.

How do I know if my registration has gone through?

After submitting your registration form, you will receive an email confirming that your submission has been received. Please allow a few minutes for this email to arrive.

Please note that this email only acknowledges receipt of your registration. A separate email will be sent once your registration has been officially confirmed.

We kindly ask that you submit the form only once. To ensure our emails do not end up in your spam folder, please add Summit@combatantisemitism.org to your contacts.

When does registration close?

Registration will close on November 7th. However, please note that space for the Summit is filling up quickly, and covered accommodations and airfare may become unavailable before the registration deadline. We encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot.

What is the registration fee?

There is no registration fee for municipal officials.

 

For non-municipal attendees, there is a fee structure in place. Guests who wish to attend the Summit dinner events will be subject to a fee of $750, while those who would like to participate in the entire Summit programming will incur a fee of $1,500. We encourage all guests to register early to ensure their participation.

What are the requirements for municipal officials to attend?

All municipal officials who plan to attend the summit must complete the Municipal Antisemitism Action Index Survey as part of the registration process. This survey is mandatory for all participating municipalities and helps ensure that every attending city contributes to the shared goal of measurable progress against antisemitism.

 

For returning mayors, there is an additional requirement:

I’m a returning municipal participant to the Summit. Are there any new requirements?

Yes. To qualify for fully funded travel and lodging, returning participants must complete the Municipal Antisemitism Progress Report before the summit and demonstrate tangible progress made toward combating antisemitism in your community. 

 

This short report highlights the steps your municipality has taken to combat antisemitism since your last participation. Once reviewed, we will confirm your eligibility and provide travel booking instructions.

If your city has not yet made progress, you may still attend—our team will work with you to identify meaningful next steps.

What expenses are covered?

Registration is free for all municipal officials and includes access to all summit programming, along with the following meals:

  • December 2: Dinner

  • December 3: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner

  • December 4: Breakfast

For eligible municipal participants, the following expenses are covered:

  • Registration fee (includes all sessions and meals listed above)

  • Airfare for one designated representative per municipality

  • Hotel accommodations for one designated representative per municipality for the official summit dates (December 2–4), plus the night of December 1 if early arrival is needed

If you wish to extend your hotel stay beyond December 4, or book additional hotel rooms, the nightly rate is $184 plus taxes and fees, payable at check-in.

 

 

What time should I arrive?

The afternoon programming commences at 1:00PM on December 2, 2025.

For those traveling by plane, we recommend arriving at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) no later than 12:00 PM to ensure sufficient time for transportation to the hotel.

Is transportation provided?

Yes! We will be arranging transfers between the airport and the hotel, as well as transportation between all summit venues. Please expect more details about your specific arrangements closer to the event date.

Are hotel accommodations included?

Hotel accommodations are covered for one representative per municipality, including but not limited to mayors, town supervisors, county administrators and executives, and village presidents.

 

We are pleased to offer a group hotel rate for $184 per night, plus taxes and fees.

How do I make my hotel reservation?

For eligible municipal officials, CAM staff will handle your hotel reservation based on the dates you provide on the travel form sent via email after your registration.

For all other attendees, if you wish to reserve a room at our block rate, please indicate this on your registration form. You will then receive an email with further instructions.

How do I book my airfare?

Upon registration, you will receive a link to sign up to AllFly, our exclusive travel booking platform. The Combat Hate Foundation will cover the cost of round-trip economy flights. You can select the most convenient flight for you through the AllFly Portal, and the expenses will be taken care of directly.
