We are excited to welcome you to the 2024 Mayors Summit Against Antisemitism, an important gathering of municipal leaders committed to combating hate and fostering inclusive communities. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we've compiled this FAQ to address common questions and provide essential information about the event. Who can attend?

The 2024 Mayors Summit Against Antisemitism is primarily designed for local municipal officials, including mayors, town supervisors, and city council members. However, state officials, community leaders, activists, and other stakeholders committed to combating antisemitism are also welcome to attend. We encourage participation from all those dedicated to promoting inclusivity and fighting hate within their communities.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes! All municipal officials are eligible to attend free of charge. Please note that airfare and hotel accommodations are only covered for one representative per municipality.

For non-municipal attendees, there is a fee structure in place. Guests who wish to attend the Summit dinner events will be subject to a fee of $250, while those who would like to participate in the entire 3-day programming will incur a fee of $500. We encourage all guests to register early to ensure their participation.

Who are the speakers?

Our keynote speakers include prominent leaders and experts in the field. A full list of speakers and their biographies will be released soon.

When will we have access to the final schedule?

The final schedule will be distributed the week of December 2nd.

I have dietary restrictions. How can I ensure that all meals meet the needs of my dietary requirements?

Please specify any dietary restrictions or special requirements during the registration process. Upon arrival, you will be provided with dietary restriction cards to place at your seat during meals. These cards will inform the catering staff of your needs to ensure that you receive appropriate meals.

Will the hotel have WIFI?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available in each guest room. However, please note that Wi-Fi will not be provided in the ballrooms.

Are there opportunities for networking?

Absolutely. The summit will include several networking opportunities and dedicated time for attendees to connect and collaborate

How do I know if my registration has gone through?

After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow a few minutes for this email to arrive. We kindly ask that you submit the form only once. To ensure our communications do not end up in your spam folder, please add Summit@combatantisemitism.org to your contacts.

When does registration close?

Registration will close on November 29th. However, please note that space for the Summit is filling up quickly, and covered accommodations and airfare may become unavailable before the registration deadline. We encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot.

What is the registration fee?

There is no registration fee for municipal officials.

What expenses are covered?

Airfare and lodging accommodations are covered for one representative per municipality. Registration is free for all municipal officials and includes access to the dinner on December 11th, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner on December 12th, and breakfast and lunch on December 13th.

What time should I arrive?

The welcome reception will commence at 6:00 PM on December 11th. For those traveling by plane, we recommend arriving at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) no later than 4:00 PM to ensure sufficient time for transportation to the hotel.

Is transportation provided?

Yes! We will be arranging transfers between the airport and the hotel, as well as transportation between all summit venues. Please expect more details about your specific arrangements closer to the event date.

Are hotel accommodations included?

Hotel accommodations are covered for one representative per municipality, including but not limited to mayors, town supervisors, county administrators and executives, and village presidents.

We are pleased to offer a group hotel rate for additional representatives.

How do I make my hotel reservation?

For eligible municipal officials, CAM staff will handle your hotel reservation based on the dates you provide on the travel form sent via email after your registration.

For all other attendees, if you wish to reserve a room at our block rate, please indicate this on your registration form. You will then receive an email with further instructions.

How do I book my airfare?

Upon registration, you will receive a link to sign up to AllFly, our exclusive travel booking platform. The Combat Hate Foundation will cover the cost of round-trip economy flights. You can select the most convenient flight for you through the AllFly Portal, and the expenses will be taken care of directly.
